Throughout my years, I have trained many athletes at all levels and in order to help them reach their fitness goals, I use a method I created as a college football player. Before I began my work out, I would create a motivational scenario in my mind. For example: I would imagine myself playing middle line backer and I had to be strong enough to take on two three hundred pound lineman. Every time I thought of this scenario it prompted me to word harder in the gym. This method also works with weight loss. Before you begin your workout, take some time to picture your goal, imagine yourself the way you would like to look. You can even go as far as having a conversation with the new you. See it as all ready done. Take your mind to the end result ( the new you) and you will meet the new you! Good Luck and "Live In The Now"
"Weight loss" has very little to do with proper diet and exercise but has everything to do with the way you "think". If your goal is weight loss, forget your past fitness failures and "live in the now". Weight loss happens when you believe it will happen, not when you eat fruits and veggies.
